I too called and was told there were no doubles available. I asked  
how that could
be when the reserved block was for September? The young man checked  
the GWA records
and found all the doubles from the 18th through the 22nd were  
reserved for us. I too got my double.
So if you are told they are out of doubles be sure to have them check  
the GWA reserved block.
