Re: trademarks


When a reporter, newspaper, magazine, etc., misuses a trademark, you 
hear from the mark holder. Using words like Frisbee, Kleenex and 
Dumpster, for instance w/o caps as some generic word for a plastic 
disk, tissue or trash bin, is one of the fastest ways to get a letter.
