Re: Garden Writers Association vs. Garden Writers of America

Around 8 or 9 years ago (or more) there was an official referendum (when we voted for the board of directors) to change the name to Garden Communicators Association (or something like that) and the voting membership rejected it and voted to keep it Garden Writers Association of America which then was changed to Garden Writers Association shortly thereafter. I think if the name change was voted on now it would pass.
