Citrus Question

Our guy, Geoff, grows is growing limes in containers down in Austin.  He
still has to bring them inside in winter.  He posted about it here:

We just had an inquiry from a reader in New Hampshire asking if he could do
this, too.  Other than using a green house and lights, does anyone know if
limes could be relatively easily grown in containers way up north?
