Re: black widows & copperhead snakes (in great number in NC this season)


True, however, in my county here in Northern Virginia we've had two deaths  
in recent years from copperhead bites.  So be careful out there.
 
Also, be careful generally, I found one in my closet many years ago,  and 
find them from time to time on our porch, sunning themselves on the concrete  
on cool days.  Drought seems to drive them to our house, possibly looking  
for water sources from pots around the house?
