The bankruptcy of E*@home produced this problem and caused a massive conversion to other providers. Just continuation of the dot.com industry shakeout in 1999-2000.
 
I could not accomplish a change of my profile information in topica, so I just established a new email address.

Is home.com still in business, or what?  I just got a batch of addresses
that Topica reports as bouncing GWL letters, but most of the home.com
addresses are listed as a "soft bounce" meaning the address isn't disabled,
just slow getting the letters.
