Evelyn Weidner of Weidner's Begonias in Encinitas, California is 
involved with the Proven Winners marketing company.  I know she is a 
fine person, an excellent nurserywoman, and that the plants chosen for 
the Proven Winners label are good performers.  They all do especially 
well in Southern California where many of the annuals bloom their little 
hearts out for 12 months of the year.  I think Proven Winners is a 
partnership of many growers who agree on particularly excellent hybrids
