Question about copyright
Dear garden writers:
I've run into a situation on an email discussion group (about gardening!)
that I believe is clearly violating the copyright laws today. I've brought
the issue to the attention of their moderators. As a result of my inquiry,
they changed their group description to this:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/christiangardeners/.
Does anyone hear have a clear answer. Can they post something like that and
then freely post articles found on line to an email discussion group even
with a copyright notation?
After spending several hours reading over the copyright information given at
the sites listed below, I strongly believe the answer is NO and have told
them so. Am I right or are they right? Does anyone know for sure?

I left the list because most of the "garden information" posted was in the
form of copyrighted material. I won't knowingly participate with a group
that clearly breaks the law.
