Canada Nutrition Guide Source


Canada's Office of Nutrition Policy and Promotion has a food guide rainbow similar to US food pyramid, it runs to 10 f&v servings daily. You will need to cut and paste the url to make it work correctly.

After reading your note, I went to the National Gardening Site and enjoyed your article. Of particular interest is your tidbit about Canadian governemnt recommending 10 a ten fruits and vegetable servings a day. If you have an official reference for that information would you send it to me. Please only do so if it is easily available to you. If it involves a lot of digging around I can do it.
