This highlights a real problem that I have hit several times.   With so many 
garden clubs and venues booking things a year in advance.  I  realize that we 
as the presenters have calendars etc due to them and need  advance warning, 
but I am becoming very wary of anything further than 6 month  out.  Already for 
me that is becoming a problem, but really one full yr out  is so fraught with 
possible problems that it worries me.
