Re: What's blooming in your garden?

What about these fleas???

A few lifetimes ago, as a member of the Royal Canadian Regiment, we were
often involved in winter training exercises with our counterparts from
southern climes.
The young lads from Kentucky and Tennessee were often experiencing snow for
the first time- and we took great pains to educate them about frost flies
and snow snakes. We did such a good job that every single one of those young
men returned from tour safe and sound. Snow fleas only infested those with
poor hygiene and never really bothered us.
