Re: More Good News on an Old Topic & Request for Expert

No big surprise here, Doreen
You can not pick up a trade magazine without seen more than one article
per publication on the subject of going green or related information. Been
reaching a critical mass in the past two years in particular. If you have a
nursery that specializes in native plants, then you know it is a subject
largely ignored by mass media, but we have been active all along .. and
growing in numbers. Did an article on the subject about 5 years back and no
one would touch it. Every year we sell out of just about every native plant
we can get our hands on. Been increasing steadily for the past 10 years that
I know of.... probably more if I sat and calculated time lines.
I do slide presentation on the natives as great garden perennials every
year......
Good to see the rest of the world catching up.
You should have been sitting in on Ann Ball at Morton Arboretum couple
of weeks back......
