Plant tags and Osbeckia

I need information on where to get weather proof plant tags both the tie on
kind for trees and shrubs as well as the in ground kind. The lady that I am
looking for these for wants the best ones she can get. Any suggestions? I
will need thousands of these tags. 

 

Also, is anyone familiar with Osbeckia? I have just planted seeds of several
unknown varieties from Nepal and the Meghalaya. The only thing the seed
packet said was herb perennial.
