The historic Irwin Home and Gardens in Columbus, Ind., are on the 
market. The property belongs to the Irwin Miller family. The late J. 
Irwin Miller was a founder of Cummins Corp., and was instrumental in 
bringing modern architecture and art to his home town. He grew up in 
the house and gardens that are for sale. But he lived in a house 
designed by Eero Saarinen, which is on the National Register of 
Historic Places and was purchased recently by the Indianapolis Museum 
of Art.
