it all sounds wonderful except the anchovies. Nasty little things.
Speaking of food: Has anyone here grown and/or tasted Szechuan buttons, a.k.a. electric berries? It's the fruit or flower bud of Acmella oleracea, a.k.a. Spilanthes acmella, a.k.a. toothache plant or paracress.

Thanks for a peek at your new website. I'm still assimilating it. 

Per the ten year window...

In ten years my cell phone will be in another room, my computer will be turned 
off, I will have just had a whole wheat roll with anchovies, garlic, onions, 
provolone cheese and dripping with olive oil. I will be in my garden talking to 
my Bonsai trees and communing with pet frogs.
