Re: Twitter
Twitter can be useful in making connections with people you might not otherwise find opportunity to meet. If you follow their Twitter updates you have the opening to hop into a quick conversation with them. Then you have a thread of connection that can be pursued in other avenues, you may be able to parlay that contact into an ongoing relationship. It's awesome for that. Too, its like blogging on steroids. Interesting how much of a person's personality and true focus are revealed in 140 character blurts.
