Needed: Nursery Manager

Help!!!  

Our nursery manager just gave three weeks notice.  Someone in our state
extension came to him and made him an offer he couldn't refuse--and he won't
have to commute 2 hours a day to do it.  We've had him for six years and
he's the best horticulturist I've ever had the extreme pleasure to work
with.  But now he's leaving!
 
Does anyone out there have any suggestions of a great nursery
manager/horticulturist that wants to work in Eastern PA.  I can provide
details and all of the particulars off line.
