Re: Empress Splendor Tree


Looks like a colleague in Guelph ran the release:

I don't know about this particular cultivar, but I know that 
Paulownia tomentosa is considerd invasive and extremely messy.

I think you should ask if the hardiness to Zone 6 is the whole plant 
or the roots. Here in Zone 5, it's not uncommon for the top part of 
the tree to be damaged by winter temps.
