You used to be able to download your own pictures from  Picasa Web Albums. 
Now that they have added Google+ you can only share them, not  download 
them. I had uploaded them because my computer was going to be wiped  clean and I 
didn't want to lose them. Now I just want to lose google and all of  it's 
goodies.
