Re: PR CD images useless now


 think saying CDs are "useless" is a bit extreme.

LOL - well, it got you to read the note..... (which was the purpose of the
title)    And I have no doubt there's a huge legacy for using CD's - it's
simply that each company gets to decide which is the optimum way to reach
its audience and the Mac target audience tends to be skewed to the creative
groups and education.  Whether it's those pesky iPads or newer machines,
the CD technology is not one that's being heavily invested in as the world
goes wireless.

My purpose was simply to give the group a head's up that this tech change
is upon us and to react accordingly.
