Andrew, thank you, I find this extremely interesting. I'm glad to hear there is local food produced, otherwise can't imagine the costs. I listened to the link then looked around at the Hawaii Slow Food site, fascinating as is the food and culture aspect as well as all gardening, culture and community. Rose Marie NIchols McGee
