Audio version of hydrangea booko

Good Morning, Garden Writers:

Like many of you, I have a Google Alert set up and this a.m. I got one on my hydrangea book for an AUDIO version of my book or so it claims. For the record, the book is only hard copy. If this audio version exists, it is a copyright infringement at the least.

I clicked on the google alert link which has a download button which I will NOT click: much too risky. Here's the link:

I don't think I have enough to contact our GWA lawyer until I do some research. So here's the question: have any of you experienced this? Keep in mind there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the link that reads that not all the books they advertise are available so it could just be a come on or worse, a malware attempt.
