Bayer Tree and Shrub Insect Control?

Last August Jeff Ball mentioned a new product produced by Bayer that
acts as a system insecticide.  I believe it's called "Bayer Tree and Shrub
Insect Control."  I'm particularly interested in using it to protect 
the paper birch that shades the south side of my house from Japanese 
beatles this year.

I sent Jeff a private email about it, but he's a busy guy and it probably
got lost in the shuffle.

Does anyone know where I can find this product?  From what I've read
it needs to get in three months before the beatles attack, so I need 
to do this fast.
