Chris,  It is pretty much the same in every state that if the state 
regulators have decided a product is safe and effective you can buy it pretty 
easily.  However not every thinks the same.  Some approve pesticides that 
others do not.  It sounds like that product might have MERIT in it, AKA 
Imidacloprid.  Imidacloprid works by disturbing the development of 
arthropods.  It is not allowed where it might easily and quickly get into 
marine habitats, "cause it's bad for lobsters and crayfish.  It is a systemic
