Re: spam
This type of spam is neither a coincidence or a virus - they have some way to detect names that appear in your inbox and to stick them onto the spam. The good news is that if you click that it's spam and delete them they go away. I had this happen for awhile in another email account, and I reported it as "spam" every time - after a couple of weeks I didn't get them anymore and the real people's email still came through.
