USDA hardiness map

Hey all,

I am working on a website and need to tie the USDA hardiness map to the site so when people type in
their zip it tells me what hardiness zone they are in........... What isn't coming together is the
dataset. I have contacted three offices for the USDA, Oregon State University (who originally said
they had it and then said don't have it but know where to get it and then said they don't know where
to get it), Washington State, The Aboretum
 Society (who owns the dataset but won't sell it) and several government agencies. The data exists,
but crossing Zip and the USDA data, along with City, is a challenge.

Any suggestions OH GREAT WISE GARDEN WRITING TEAM?
