Biodynamic wine farming

Hi All,

A while back we had a thread going on biodynamic farming and I mentioned
that Benziger's Winery uses sheep to graze between the grapevines. For
those who found that difficult to believe, I just posted a picture on my
blog http://loisdevries.blogspot.com that shows the sheep in the
vineyards (they are those little white dots at the top of the field). If
you want to actually confirm that they ARE sheep, click to enlarge the
photo. The blog is about the biodynamic techniques used at Benziger's.
