It's a good idea to talk with someone right away, but don't be  
surprised if nothing happens for a while. The attorney needs a  
redressable wrong AND a measure of the damage--and that second element  
will not be known until well into the season NEXT year or even later  
(this is one of the reasons that statute of limitations go out as far  
as they do).
