Re: copying websites: gardenwriters Digest, Vol 76, Issue 16
Carlo - if you're asking me if you cut and paste something from my blog -
post it into your blog - will I get a link back to my blog? The answer is
yes, I'll get a text link back.
If your question is will this cause some of your traffic to go to the blog
where you copied the quote from? I would hope the answer is yes (and you
should be linking back to any quote in any case).
If the question is does the script take over your page and create an
autormatic redirection the answer is no, it's not a javascript that takes
over your page - it simply inserts a link back. But (insert evil grin here)
if somebody is stealing my images for use on their website - maybe that's
not such a bad idea. :-)
