Re: Comast vs. PR/bulk mail


If you could dig up the legislative info, it might help. One of my favorite 
gardening newsletters is under a blackout, and I've had to rely on Yahoo to 
get it sent to me. Perhaps some ammunition will get them to shake it loose.
