i'm back

i got home yesterday afternoon from 10 days in rehab.  my knee wound finally has healed and i will be back to a full range of motion within the next week. i'm already at about 90 percent.  the imobilized shoulder is still a huge problem, but the brace will be removed in three weeks.  it's all up from there!

many thanks to all of you who sent cards, gifts and called.  all went a long way towards cheering me up and my rapid progress.  thank heavens gardening attracts caring, considerate people!  i've never met a gardener i disliked.

i'm going to be more than ready to party in Sept. in dallas.  save that friday night at 5 p.m. for our annual gwl list cocktail party!
