Perennial question: What to charge?

Hello Folks!
I am a regular contributor to a local magazine's Landscape Trends column in Pittsburgh. They have asked me to give them a proposal on providing video content for their website. My understanding is that I will write the content and be the on screen talent, (and, in most cases come up with the idea) but a videographer will film. I don't even know where to begin to come up with a figure! Hourly? Per video? Any and all suggestions are welcome.
