List etiquette

Hey folks - I really hate to have to step in here again as list-owner but
this is getting silly.

Do NOT respond to offers like the Proven Winners one to the entire list.
This has been raised at least twice before but it continues.

I am reactivating Doreen's warning about not deleting the trailing parts of
the notes.  This warning was that she would put individuals who abused this
on moderation. That is, anybody who doesn't delete the trailing and
non-essential parts of posts will have to have to have all posts approved by
one of the list-owners before that post can be posted.
