GWL: Remember Houghton Mifflin and Harcourt Brace? They all merged into 
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and today I received notice of their filing 
Chapter 11 to implement a "Pre-packaged" debt restructuring plan!
"We are making good progress in transforming HMH into a company dedicated to 
fostering passionate, curious learners by combining the best media and 
technology with HMH's publishing heritage."
Don't hold your breath.
