Re: gardenwriters Digest, Vol 124, Issue 7

I've spent most of my life on the Canadian border, often watched more Canadian TV than American and read many Canadian publications. I've been impressed by Canada's concerns for the health of its citizens. I found it interesting a few years ago that strawberries grown in the US were deemed unsafe because pesticide residues were too high. Yet, those same strawberries were sold in the US with no warning. That's not weird... that's smart.
