Re: Any suggestions on a blow torch weed buster?

I only know about Japanese Knotweed - nothing helps (chemical or natural).  
There is a little insect that is being investigated but the local ag people 
need  EPA approval to test before they let the little guy go to private 
properties. We  have dug up as many large roots that we can find and the 
density is improving  but it is indeed a pariah in my landscape - and was not 
declared  either!
