Re: Garden flame weeder


Catriona, I love the goats idea. I watched a project in Asheville on a
hillside clear kudzu with goats that even had a sheep dog there to watch
over and protect them. It was fascinating! I wish this location ( in a
large park triangle) could be managed like this, but the knotweed is in
clumps across the meadow. What is particularly scary was the community note
made here that " tubers as large as a child's backpack" may be underlying
the problem!
