Re: [GWL]: Irradiation of Seeds and Plants
I think all these groups that have seed exchanges by mail have an unresolved
problem. I wonder if SSE is developing a strategy to continue their seed
distribution. It would seem there could be a solution but they will need
the help of the USPS. There is time to think it through as the actual seed
exchange doesn't begin for awhile. Maybe in a few months they will decide
to stop irradiation of mail. It has to be cumbersome and expensive. If
they find the individuals who are doing this irradiation of the mail won't
be necessary.
