    I was given a virus detection tip that was one of the more elegant I've
heard of and thought I'd pass it along.  In your address book, put in an
entry that is just "OOOOO".  Then if you get a virus and it starts sending
itself to addresses in your address book, the OOOOO one will bounce as an
invalid address and you will know you have a virus.
