Hi Doreen,
Good question. I was looking for the same thing a couple years ago and it was 
tough. I think I got some vague info from somewhere like the the Book 
Publishers Association. Are you in a hurry for the info? I did a quick search 
in my files to see what I had but didn't turn up anything. dunno if I still 
have it or not. I'm on a deadline project if you can wait a week or so I can 
look closer. You might also get something from the corporate offices of major 
booksellers.
