Re: Burpee's "Lawnbuster"


I know people in New England who spread 3-5 layers of newspaper and top
it with enough mulch to keep it from blowing. Then they plant right
through it but cutting an X. Works immediately that season, every time.
Burpee's method doesn't sound like anything new to me. It just has a good
name.
