According to http://www.blackstar.co.uk/help/help_dvd_regions
There are six world Regions for DVD.
Discs manufactured in one region will usually only play on players that were manufactured in the same region, so discs bought in the USA will not play on U.K. players and vice versa.
Does anyone know how this applies to DVDs that are burnt on our Windows and Mac computers if we send our DVD to another region outside the original region in which it has been recorded?
