Re: Q & T Region 1

Ellen Zachos gave a presentation on Career Niches in Horticulture to the horticultural staff at the Bronx Zoo. She also just finished teaching a four week class on rooftop and backyard gardens at the New York Botanic Garden. As coordinator for the continuing ed gardening program at the NYBG, Ellen is actively seeking new teachers for the program. "If anyone is interested, please contact me at ez@acmeplant.com. I'm looking for new class ideas, and would also like to know about members with solid gardening backgrounds who might be interested in teaching additional sections of existing classes."
