Kathy et al,

As long as we're making a "list" of what GWA could do to enhance membership, here's another opportunity.

I spoke with Bob LaGasse in August about securing a membership-related discount with Spellex (an on-line botanical spellchecking program).  At that time, I had had several conversations with the marketing people at Spellex and could go no further without benefit of a "group affiliation" so I telephoned Bob to discuss GWA involvement.  He agreed to bring it up with the board, etc.  

To date, I've heard nothing back.  I understand these things might take some time to run through the bureaucracy, so I have it pended for follow-up with him in December.
