Speaker opportunity

All,
A friend is looking for a good -- really good -- speaker on roses. I need info today or tomorrow, unfortunately; the presentation is not until February, in the MidAtlantic, but the publicity process is underway and a previously-scheduled speaker dropped out. 
Any input is most welcome.
