Calendar affiliates sales

Listmembers -

The calendar folks at Time Factory have produced two 2008 wall 
calendars of my photos (one is under the name of my library 
PhotoBotanic).

They gave me a great wholesale price so I can offer affiliate 
incentives to any of you who wish to link from your own websites.  I am 
just learning about marketing this way but think as freelancers we all 
need to figure ways to do viral marketing direct to buyers.  I am not 
sure the best way to track it but am willing to pay per sale and I 
suppose you would simply have to trust me to pay up.  If anyone wants 
to buy calendars outright at wholesale quantities and make your own 
mark-up we can discuss that too.  I can provide a gif image of the 
calendars.

For those of you who might be able to simply mention the calendars in 
your writings and blogs I will also pay you if the buyer puts your name 
as reference on my PayPal check out page.  Act very soon as we only 
have a short but active window, and as they say, quantities are 
limited.

It will be a fair amount of work for me to do all this and those of you 
who participate will get small checks but I see it as a place to start 
figuring this direct marketing out with a real product.  I have already 
committed to 2009 calendars and want to find ways to get them to 
consumers.  Gardeners are not going to buy many calendars in the malls 
with Madonna and puppy dogs for competition.  I hope the gardenwriter 
network a can get the word out where to find garden calendars - direct 
from us.
