I'm not in favor of putting the seed companies out of business.  They've 
worked hard to collect different varieties of vegetables and flowers that 
will please their customers, and I think they have a right to continue in 
their business.  Local people sharing seeds will shrink the diversity of 
given species or varieties, making them more susceptible to extinction,
