Jane
I've been using a Benbo now for about three years and it has become the
only tripod I carry. I used to carry three for different Situations. As
I do a lot of seed pack photography for Seeds of Change, I end up in
some pretty strange positions. i.e. very low or looking straight down.
As Peter said, the Benbo can be a little tricky at first, but once you
get used to it you can maneuver it to do just about anything. Just
remember to always tighten the big locking lever before you take your
hands off it or it will come crashing down at the slightest movement.
Good Luck.
