Re: [GWL]: Gwl Several Things
Peggy-Anne,
isn't first-hand experience the best source of information? I'd rather read
the opinion of a gardener/writer who has actually grown and observed a plant
than that of someone who parrots "information from a reliable sources." (sic)
And I obviously didn't go quite far enough when I said we hope the recipient
will write "something nice" about our stuff. If a certain plant doesn't work
in a certain area, that too is of course valuable information. A winner in
Connecticut may be slime in Georgia or toast in Texas. We all want gardeners
to be successful with our products, and the sooner we can find out where they
shine brightest, the fewer folks we'll disappoint.
