Translators for Gardening and Herbal Books

Hi all, 

Richters is thinking about publishing a book that was originally
published in Spanish.  We are seeking a translator but being relatively
new to the business of publishing books, we have no idea what to expect
to pay for the translation or where to find experienced translators who 
can handle books with a herbal theme. Any suggestions from list members
would be most appreciated.
